Sixth International Symposium on "Eco-Evolutionary Dynamics"

The research network “Eco-evolutionary dynamics” organizes its sixth three-day symposium on “Eco-evolutionary Dynamics” from Thursday 3 to Saturday noon 5 February 2011 at the K.U.Leuven (downtown campus). The meeting provides a forum for researchers from the eight Belgian member laboratories, invited foreign members and interested scientists.

Several keynote speakers have confirmed their attendance: Pierre-Olivier Cheptou (Montpellier), Andrew Hendry (Montreal), Frank Johansson (Umeå), Yannis Michalakis (Montpellier), Pedro Peres-Neto (Montreal) and Nils Stenseth (Oslo).

Junior researchers are encouraged to present their research.The meeting is open to researchers outside the network; participation is limited to 100 people and registration (see below) is free but obligatory.
The format will be similar to the previous meetings in Leuven (1998, 2003, 2007) and Antwerp (2000, 2005). Oral presentations and posters on any aspect of the interaction between ecology and evolution are welcome.
