The Daphnia Genomics Consortium Meeting 2010
Call for Abstracts
This meeting is largely structured around 5 Symposia:
- Ecology and Evolutionary Genomics
- Toxicology and Environmental Genomics of Natural and Human Stressors
- Genotype by Environment Interactions
- Comparative Genomics and Development
- Gene Expression and Gene Function
The meeting will consists of 12 invited speakers, and give opportunities to 30 oral presentations, providing updates on research by groups from members of the consortium about the current state of the genome assembly and gene annotations, as well as experimental research.
- Poster session with up to 30 posters
- There will be discussions on future plans and directions for the Daphnia genomics consortium.
- There will be plenty of time for informal discussions.
